Lots of changes happening for me as I transition from my career as a full time engineer to retired. Retired but I still have lots to do and will be opening up a studio/gallery within the month as well as launching a few photography related business.

I was doing a lot of photography including selling prints, taking portraits, teaching and writing articles. It is now time to do the stuff that fills my bucket. I have been really fortunate in my career as an engineer but it is time to move on. The fire is no longer in my belly for engineering as I have accomplished all the BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) that I had set for me and my company. Once Sintra Engineering went national after merging with CEP, we accomplished most of what I wanted from my firm. They will do great without me, they are a truly talented bunch of individuals.

So, I am opening a gallery/studio in mid October 2019, I will be launching a photography education business and I will continue to shoot and undertake commissions for beautiful portraits of people and their families as well a their furry family members.

Iā€™m really excited. Stay tuned for new announcements as I restart my blog and work on all thing photographic in the next little while. If you were following, sorry about my absence. If you are new:Welcome!
