Porchraits

Mark C. Hughes Photography

Everyone is a little stir crazy due to the shelter in place requirements of the COVID 19 pandemic. I have been offering to take porchraits (front porch family portraits) in exchange for a donation to the Edmonton Food Bank.

I’ll take your portraits from the front street of you and your family on your porch or front door. I send you a link to the gallery (no watermarks) and you donate what you can to the food bank

Webinar Wednesday

Through FocusOn Photography

Too Many Photos? Part 1 and Part 2

Are you drowning in digital photos and prints? This workshop is for you!

With the COVID19 Pandemic, we are all spending a lot of time at home. Originally intended as a hands on workshop we are going to deliver it as a webinar but hope to have lots of interaction during the presentation. Too Many Photos is going to be divided into two parts.

Part II will expand on concepts discussed in Part I but focus on strategies and ways to organize and preserve your memories from digital assets, including CD’s, phone images, external/internal hard drives, DVD’s and cloud based systems with ideas on how to deal with them in the digital age and futureproof them. We will discuss the different formats and what you can do to organize them so that you can have better access to them and preserve them for the generations to come.

When: Part 1 April 15, 2020 from 7 pm - 7:45 pm

Part 2: April 29, 2020 from 7 pm - 7:45
