Ushering in a New Year

Well, I’m really happy to see 2020 behind us. It has been tough! I hope you and your family have been safe and untouched by the pandemic.

On the bright side, I am looking forward to 2021. With a raft of effective vaccines, we can see light at the end of the COVID 19 tunnel (even if it is still a bit distant). We still have lots of challenges and we must continue to be diligent but there is hope for us returning to something more normal by the end of the year.

I did really well with my two 2021 calendars and only have a few left. A portion of the sale of my Dogs and Cats Calendar 2021 will go to supporting GEARS in their excellent animal rescue work. I hope everyone that purchased one is happy with the calendars and enjoying the images.

As for our studio, we are open still for studio appointments (with COVID protocols) for portraits, pet sessions or exterior portraits. We have more hybrid course offerings in January (limited in-person combined with virtual presentation) plus we are drawing monthly from our subscriber list for free portrait/pet mini-sessions.

January Courses

We are still offering photography classes either in-person or live via Zoom. If you are looking for a great opportunity to learn how to take amazing photographs, then sign up and get hands-on learning with your camera.

  • Webinar, Instagram 101 (Free): January 13

  • Fundamentals 1-2: January 16

  • Fundamentals 3-4: January 17

As part of our current subscribers, I am continuing my monthly draws as a thank you for being a subscriber. All winners will receive a free portrait mini-session for themselves or their pet.

The winner of our mini-session for January 2021 is Kristen Ranasinghe!

2021 Calendars

Thank you to everyone that purchased a 2021 calendar. I had fun creating “Where I Live” plus “Cats & Dogs” calendars this year. I hope you all enjoy the images.
